Bassoon Wing Joint Swab (Microfibre)

Both swabs work much better than the (40 year old!) ones that came with my Puchner.

Nicely weighted, good fabric. Almost fits through a mini bassoon - but not quite 😢

The description did not state it was for a mini bassoon so that's no fault of the company's.

works well on the wing joints but if it had a flexible weight it would also work on the double joint. Value for money OK as the material is strong and abosorbent

Simple and effective tool!
Touching the fiber could seem not enough absorbing the humidity and instead using it, you can be surprised how effective it is!
Also the weight to insert it into the bassoon work perfectly.
Slow delivery time to Italy, but I choose the lowest delivery price, so I acknowledge I have to accept a compromise

The actual swab is great at absorbing moisture but the three small weights sewn into the leader are woefully inadequate and takes a lot of shaking to get it trough the joint, my previous swab had a really heavy two centimetre weight and worked perfectly
